Midwest Precision, a Kyntrol Holdings company, headquartered in Eastlake OH, has made new investments in several new technology CNC mill/turn lathes and a multi-pallet CNC horizontal milling machine.
The mill/turn machines include multiple Mazak CNCs with up to 4” bar capacity and 5-axis capability. Also being installed is a new Makino multi-pallet 4-axis CNC horizontal mill with 319 tool changer. The new machines are capable of producing highly complex parts with world- class quality and producing parts complete with single setups.
“Our new investments in state-of-the-art Mazak and Makino CNC equipment significantly expands the range and value of the precision machined components Midwest Precision provides to its customers” said Paul Ruley, Vice President of Engineering and Operations. “The new machines have multi-axis capabilities and are able to be operated unattended in certain cases expanding our capacity and improving competitiveness for our customers” said Ruley.
