Tribus Aerospace Corp. ("Tribus Aerospace") announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Midwest Precision Holdings Inc. and related entities (“Midwest Precision”). Tribus Aerospace is a manufacturer of precision components for aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Shorehill Private Equity LP (“Shorehill Capital”), the majority shareholder of Tribus Aerospace, supported the acquisition with additional equity capital. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Midwest Precision is growing.

And the Eastlake company plans to continue that trend in 2019 — but it needs more people to hire.

With an average of 13 percent annual growth over the past eight years, Midwest Precision, LLC has made improvements and investments that have doubled our production capacity over the last four years. The capacity growth is from a combination of capital equipment investment, infrastructure improvement, workforce expansion and continuous process improvements.
