Customer Service Support

Responsible for assisting with Customer Service and Shop Floor Control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicates regularly with customers
  • Performs order entry functions
  • Manages E2 Operating System: update new contacts, phone numbers, addresses, and more
  • Communicate to sales with any customer feedback
  • Attend monthly meetings regarding customer issues
  • Contact customers for satisfaction surveys
  • Assists with inventory transactions
  • Coordinates logistics for customer shipments and outside process shipments
  • Prepares paperwork for customer shipments
  • Assists Purchasing with delivery follow-up to support Midwest Precision’s on-time delivery to customers
  • Assists with the labor reporting function
  • Assists other departments when required with RFQ entry, filing, mailings and quality issues
  • Other duties as applicable

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in subcontract manufacturing, customer service, purchasing, or administration
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and E2
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an environment that utilizes an ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified quality system
